Ultimate guide: (Only look for him when the migrator is docked at the beach.) Now you need to check if he’s online or not. Type in his username in the log in screen and type in a random password (over four digits long). It will say he’s banned if he’s offline. It will say incorrect password if he’s online. If it says banned forever (dont worry your not) stop and try again in about half an hour.
What ever you do, DONT TRY TO FIND HIM BY CLICKING ON EVERY SERVER ITS A WASTE OF TIME!
Ok hes online now look for a server that is not normaly so popular (it might the one) if it is the one everyone would be talking about him (I sugest you click on a few penguins and see if they’ve got the special signed rockhopper player background) if they do rockhopper is probably on.
Check a few rooms he’s noraly on these rooms Dock, the Night Club, the Iceberg, the Cove, and (this is the one he’s most on) his ship, The Migrator (Check the Ship Hold!). Basically, rooms that have a large penguin capacity
No one knows when hes 
on, but don’t try at something like 1:00 in the morning he wont be on.
click on him his player card will come up
Click on add buddy (you can’t become his buddy) to get a free item cool huh!
